Ron’s Cocktail Sauce

My brother-in-law recently brought back fresh Dungeness crab from Astoria, OR. Naturally, we enjoyed it with the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, and Ron (my husband) made a delicious cocktail sauce. I highly recommend this pairing!

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Heinz chili sauce

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 3 tbsp horseradish

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp Worcestershire

  • ¼ tsp Tobasco sauce ( use more if you like it spicy)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all of the ingredients together and enjoy! Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
