Meatloaf, Barbecue Style
Meatloaf is a classic dish and my parents made this version for me when I was growing up and it is still a favorite of mine! It’s the perfect dish for fall and pairs beautifully with Lolati Grenache.
Grilled Za’atar Chicken With Garlic Yogurt + Delicata Salad
This garlicky, herby chicken is full-flavored and very tender, thanks to its piquant yogurt marinade. It’s flexible, too — marinate the meat for as little as a couple of hours, or as long as overnight. The delicata salad is a great side dish to the chicken, and it pairs beautifully with the Lolati Wines Rosé of Grenache.
Spiced Pearl Couscous
A delicious one-pot meal with lots of fresh herbs and spices. The eggplant and tomatoes cook down into a nice savory jam. Don't skip on the labneh (or yogurt) as it's essential to the creaminess and overall dish. Best paired with the Lolati 2021 Kikoi Red Blend.
Raw Asparagus Salad
With asparagus in season, my garden is full of asparagus! I made this salad a few years ago and recently recreated it, and forgot how delicious it is. The simplicity of the dressing really allows the asparagus and citrus to shine. Make it for your next BBQ or dinner party and pair it with the Lolati Wines Sauvignon Blanc.

Barbecue sauce is one of my favorite sauces to eat in the summertime and this recipe will become your go-to! It is tangy and a little sweet, which makes it perfect for summer grilling. Pair your grilled masterpiece with the Lolati Grenache to wow your guests.
Zucchini Panzanella
This Zucchini Panzanella recipe is easy, delicious, and the perfect way to enjoy all of the summer squash in season! It’s hard not to love the homemade pan-fried croutons and scallions that get candied with maple syrup. The whole thing gets tossed in a garlicky dressing - just pure yum! Pair it with 2020 Lolati Grenache.
No-Knead Bread
Here is one of my favorite bread recipes, courtesy of Jim Lahey, owner of Sullivan Street Bakery. It requires no kneading, uses no special ingredients, equipment, or techniques, and takes very little effort—only time. You will need 24 hours to create the bread, but much of this is unattended waiting, a slow fermentation of the dough that results in a perfect loaf.
